This evening 06.06.2014 I came home from St. city to Druzhba 2 by taxi of your company and I was fascinated. The car was as clean as a pharmacy, the driver polite and surprisingly my bill was less than with „cheaper“ taxis! The service number of the car was 1678 and it won me over as an O'kei taxi customer. God forbid more such honest people!
I would not recommend anyone to use the services of this company. The drivers are scammers and incredibly rude. Wednesday early morning my family and I took a taxi from central train station to Sofia airport. My mother has been a taxi driver over the years so I know that usually drivers at train stations and airports will try to screw you with higher fares. Before we got in the taxi I asked how much it would cost to the airport and what the fare was per mile. The gentleman replied about 20lv and that the fare was 1.10lv/km. We got in and my first job was to pull out my phone and track where he was taking us since I'm not familiar with the city. He drove us through two detours just to get more money. The shortcut was open with no problems, repairs or traffic jams. When we arrived at the airport the driver told us we owed him 29lv and a few pennies. We gave him 30lv and explained , that we did not appreciate the fact that he drove us on a detour. He shrugged his shoulders and without apologizing and without giving us back our change he got in his car and drove off. The gentleman was a large man with graying hair, about 50-60 years old and driving a Volkswagen. I'm sorry I didn't get his taxi number. If you have to use the company be sure not to get in his car as it seems that is his regular number and his hypocrisy is endless.
On 05.06.2020 around 18h I took your taxi from the square. Sv. Nedelya to sq. Hadzi Dimitar. It cost me 9 leva. The driver was from the minority. He did not offer a receipt. Usually such a fare is 5 leva at most 6. Unfortunately I did not take a receipt and did not look at the car number. You lost me as a customer. I will not use you anymore. Natalia Alexandrova.
Possible of the scummy company with the rudest and most deceitful drivers possible, don't even know if the cars have passed regular inspection, disgusting and the cars and drivers, this thing has it and is only allowed in Bulgaria. The biggest scammers we have come across. About 5.8 km by GPS, and that's the distance of the route the taxi took, not the shortest route. The machine spun like a stopwatch no matter if the taxi was going fast, slow or stopped. In the end it counted 9,285 km for a modest 26,32 BGN. And the actual distance was 5.8km and the estimated amount by mobile app was between 10.30 and 12 BGN. I will never get on an OK taxi again. I also recommend that no one ever uses the services of this terrible company with dirty cars and rogue drivers.
